Okay! Welcome to the first major template section. Before we begin, I believe it's necessary to properly explain what a guild is -- and how they function.
What Is A Guild?
To put into perspective, I'm sure when you first hear the word 'Guild', you liken it to 'Clan.' And while the two may have similarities -- they are not the same. Guilds refer to any faction or group that can be spawned, and they all tend to have a particularly goal, or ambition in mind. Essentially, a guild is group aspiring to follow a single goal, be it antagonistic, or casual. They can range from extremist groups, ala the Akatsuki, or even simpler militias such as the Ninja Monks of the Fire Temple.
Like ninja clans, guilds may develop special skills, gear, or techniques that are exclusive only to those admitted entry. However, they aren't restricted to blood and are allowed for any members assuming the Guild Master approves.
What Is The Purpose of a Guild App?
The purpose of a Guild Application is to generally put out the word of your desire to recruit for a new group. We stress, however, that admins aren't liable for you if you choose bad members. So for example, if you're putting out world for an underground, mercenary group -- it's your job to ensure that applicants are worthy or good enough!
What Are Incentives?
Well, if you're the guild master and own a successful or decent guild, you'd be eligible to potentially go for a great deal of IC power. If your guild holds relevance, it'd be easier for you to claim land -- no matter how big or small -- in the name of your organization. Most importantly, it's not farfetched to have an easier time acquiring exclusive techniques, skill, and gear all based around members of your corps.
Pretty much, yes. If you want to start shaking things up, it'd probably be a good idea to make a guild and build up towards relevance.
Rules/Policies
Guild Application Template
Guild Name: [Naturally, you must explain the guild's name! What is a group with identity, hrm?!]
Guild Description: [Basic information of the lore, and how it came to be. Y'know, the background, yo!]
Guild Purpose: [Assuming you don't want it to be known, this could be left blank. Or just very vague. Albeit, its best to give a general idea of what you want. (anatgonist? bounty hunters? etc)]
Organizational Hierarchy: [Essentially, the positions of power. From top, to low!]
Perks/Incentives: [Here, you'd put what being accepted would mean. Meaning, you can list what attributes, boosts, skills or just IC power that would come with accepting this organization!]
And that's all there is to it, folks.
One thing I feel is necessary to stress -- ADMINS DO NOT ACCEPT OR DENY APPLICATIONS! It's purely up to the topic creator. The only scenario in which we will be accepting or denying applications is for special, admin-based groups that we will be placing up. In addition, if you seek to get things pre-approved before placing the guild upward, we'd suggest applying in the other App Sections first.

Rules/Policies
- The Guild Master should be the one to make the thread.
- In the case of Guild-exclusive move-sets and abilities, being able to acquire these as a guild member typically will require the consent of the Guild Leader -- or whoever else has authority to teach. Meaning, in the case of a guild-member going rogue, they won't be able to leech our, or spread whatever special shit was available to them.
- Unless stated by the Guild Leader, only he may apply for new customs skills/abilities.
- Admins do not accept or deny the Guild Apps themselves, this is merely a template to let people know how these things work. Admins, however, do accept or deny perks/skills/technique applications made in the name of a guild.
