Apply for a special clan, or kekkei genkai. Applying for these means you want your character to have a special trait, or even hiden technique

Apply for jutsu here. They can be canon technique, or custom.

Apply for special perks. They can be coded perks that need admin permission, or custom!

Apply for special gear. [Weapons, armor, etc]

This applications are a tad different. Normally, unless it's an admin-based organization being ran -- opening a topic here is mostly just to find like-minded individuals to join your organization.
