Evening, guys and girls. If you're here, we'll assume that you understand what a basic perk is. A perk is simply a skill card or attribute that you can purchase to improve your character's attributes. These attributes can range from all sorts of things, and include chakra, speed, stamina -- and so forth. However, perks aren't just limited to those simple attributes. If the idea springs upon you, you're also eligible to simply apply for a newer, customized perk in order to fit your needs.
The template is as followed.
Perk Template
Name: [The name of the Perk]
Description: [The description that comes with the perk to explain it's function!]
Tier: [The level of the perk. The higher the level, the more scrutiny we take with accepting or denying applications.]
Boosts: [What stats the perk will effect, and how much. The more specific you are, the better as it'll allow us as admins the opportunity to better grade or balance the idea to suit your needs.]
Can Level Up?: [If the perk is intended to be leveled up. In this scenario, you'd be required to explain how many tiers would be in thus customized perk tree.]
As with all applications laziness is not tolerated. If you make one, we expect you to generally follow the template -- anyone that doesn't even give effort to keep with the standard will simply be ignored. More over, take pride in your applications and actually work to make it look good, an to be concise. I noticed a pattern in that people don't like to give effort with these sort of things, and really its indicative of your desire to actually have good roleplay.
Have fun, in any case. Hope to see many good applications.
