Guild Name: The Hermit Group
Guild Description: After the initial member of this group found a whole new path of training revolving around the Gift of the Hermit Group, this man began to train others in the same way that he had. Any who wished to learn this way and were pure of heart were not refused. In this fashion, members of the group will soon pile up. This faction originated entirely from the leader's own wish to develop an entirely new path from the standard "become a shinobi, learn jutsu, rise in the ranks". Rather, this group pursued the 'Dao', which was the way of the heavens in an attempt to put a reason behind existence itself.
Guild Purpose: Simply to train the next generation of 'Ninja Monks' in a way that's never been seen before as well as pursue the 'Dao', which is the way of the heavens. This group is focused heavily upon finding one's own purpose in life and hardening one's 'Dao-heart', that is to say one's decisiveness in their pursuits. Primarily, this is to aid those in seek of help.
Organizational Hierarchy: The typical sort of pyramid hierarchy.
Rank 1: Headmaster - Obviously, the head. However, he possesses no real role but to teach others.
Rank 2: Elder(s) - People who care for the inner workings of the guild. (i.e., feeding people, finding resources, etc.)
Rank 3: Inner Disciple - Gifted disciples of a higher level.
Rank 4: Outer Disciple - Regular disciples.
Perks/Incentives: The two main incentives here are as follows:
1. Gift of the Hermit Group Chakra: This is the single sect within all of the shinobi world that possesses the capabilities to utilize the Gift of the Hermit Group's Chakra and abilities. This is sometimes referred to as 'Chi' by the founder and relies heavily upon the user's physical body to provide the best output.
2. Fiendgod Physiology: Those that join this group undergo training in what the Founder refers to as the 'Fiendgod' method, or a way that goes against the heavens. Typically, this goes hand in hand with the Gift of the Hermit Group Chakra's training, as it focuses primarily upon strengthening and refining one's body to the utmost that it possibly can. While different variations of Fiendgod training have come about, the most-used variation in this Hermit Group appears to be the 'Crimsonbright' method, focusing entirely upon one's body.
