• DEMONS OVERVIEW
• Their arrival was out of nowhere -- no one, not a person, not a soul. . could prepare the planet for the new threat that was suddenly going to plague their countries. The rips in space and time crumbled, allowing for dozens - nay, HUNDREDS -- of beaches to be developed. The bulk? Situated primarily in the Land of Demons and associated nations. It wasn't long until several otherworldly critters had drifted through the numerous, almost uncountable spatial rifts.
  
  And once they had?
  
  Utter pandemonium.
  
  They scouted along the lands like the demonic gremlins they were, often taking over entire areas. . and claiming leaders among their own as these demonic fiends made their way about the New World. Their purpose? Unknown. But more than likely, it is simply to spread chaos and carnage.
  

[li]Characteristics[/li]

• All Demons are capable of undergoing a metamorphosis. In total, they have six-to-seven stages. It occurs randomly for different specimens. Some reach it based on a particularly age, others reach their true power once their spirit or soul has arisen to a certain threshold. Regardless, once at the proper requirement, their chi suddenly rises and amplifies, placing them within a temporary cacoon of energy. The resting period can last as short as five seconds, or go as long as a month. Once this process is complete, the demon will emerge -- often with a morphed or shifted bodily appearance. • Low level demons are often unintelligible, and speak in very hard to understand, broken english. Demons are prone to functioning in pacts, and often work with a central Leader-figure running the show. They have a hierarchy, one based off of power or charisma. The more powerful or charismatic you are, the more fitting you may be to lead. As Demons level up, they become more and more human-like, and often times are imperceptible from a human all-together.
• Demons are characterized by their immense physical capability, resistance to dark-based attacks, and ability to enthrall lesser Demons. However, their main fallacy or weakness relies in the fact that most are susceptible to brainwashing or enthralling by other Necromancers as well, given that this isn't a Demon's natural plain of existence.
