Overview
The world is brimming with a bevy of extraordinary individuals. After all, we live in a planet in which humans have the capacity to control facets of nature from thought alone. But beyond that, however, there exists those whose excellence has made them the topic of discussion across the globe. For whatever reason, be it immense intellect, unreal power, or perhaps a grand feat in battle -- they're name is swarmed infamy. This can either be a good thing or bad, based on how the individual perceives it.
We call these people Notorious Shinobi, or Notorious Individual.

Moniker: Setsuna of the Spirit-Wave
Description: She hails as the head of the Maxwell Clan -- an extremely prominent family based in the Land of Iron.
As the recent High Priestess, Setsuna has indiscrimiantly began a war on all things dark and depraved,. assuming she deems them a sufficient threat to not only the world, but the balance as well. As the effective leader of all Priests and Priestesses, the woman has invoked the ire of various persons, shinobi and necromancers alike. Due to her use of the famed 'Spirit Wave' technique, the woman has come to be known as dread to all villains across the world, striking fear into their heart at the mere mention of her name.
She is known for her beauty just as much as she's come to be known

Maranosuke

Description: As the replacement Mizukage, Maranosuke has continously garnered hatred and envy from neighboring villages.
Due to his guidance, Kirigakure quickly rose to become the most powerful of all the Shinobi Nations. And as a direct consequence
a hefty bounty has been placed onto the male's head. He is known for his immense durability, and ability to utilize the rare Kekkei Genkai of Bone-Release.
He sports snow-white hair, and his athletically built. The most prominent features are the Kaguya Clan's markings, which are red dots, plastered onto his forehead.

Being a notorious individual has various cons and pros. These factors may make life difficult to you, or it may make your character's life far more luxurious. None of the 'perks' however, translate into direct mechanical gains. It's merely just IC prowess.

It is said that the Uchiha often hides his true criminal intent, often masking his desires by behaving in an irrational, unintelligent manner. Jakken is known for employing a War-Fan into battle, and utilizing extremely powerful Katon-based ninjutsu.
He sports ebony skin, and long, brown hair. His notoriety rose as a result of consistent attacks among certain villages, along with numerous other violent assaults.

- Those who make this list become renowned across the world, and thus have different interactions with 'NPCs' in an RP sense.
- For instance, if you're a criminal and aren't verbally authorized by an official to enter a village, just BEING in a public sight will garner negative attention, and potential assaults.
- If you're famed in battle, and you're participating in a war, soldiers who come in contact with you will under perform due to fear.
- The list goes on.
Bounties -- International Criminals
For dudes so bad, they've become world-wide criminals, and are hunted all across the globe! Reaching this status makes you a legend in the criminal community. . Sadly. . not a lot of people [PC wise] have reached this status.
