What Is a Clan/Kekkei Genkai For?
So. . I'll assume that the person reading this topic is ignorant of what a clan or kekkei genkai is in naruto.
In naruto, there are several bloodlimits, or special abilities related to your heritage. Normally, these special abilities are passed down from generation to generation. These particularly skills aren't capable of being leeched or obtained unless you're either born with the capacity, or somehow manage to inherit the genes via other dubious means.
On top of this, several Ninja Clans in the series are prone to havingt hidden techniques. While Hiden skills aren't limited to genetics, they have to be taught in very specific manners and generally are on the same level as a KKG. However, for game purposes. Hiden skills absolutely cannot be taught outside of the clan. [Well, 99% of the time they won't be able to be taught outside the clan.]
Then What's the Difference Lucious-Sama?
The difference is simple. Given that there is a SLIM chance of a Hidenskill being able to be passed down, Hiden techniques tend to have less lee-way than a Kekkei Genkai. Meaning, you'll have to adhere to stricter rules. Albeit, with these skills, you can feasibly make your own entire sub skillset, which Kekkei Genkais don't tend to do.
