In the world of naruto, there are various tools and gadgets you can employ to better your chances of survival. These items vary, and typicall are referred to simply as Ninja Tools or Equipment. Sadly. . . this isn't a guide on equipment! You can find that here. (insert link later)
In any case, this thread is mostly for blacksmiths or inventors to gain approval for their own custom made creations. Typically you'll need to apply the proper perks to be able to craft these items. But in addition to that, this template can also be used to apply for special family heirlooms, as well as the special event loot you'll wish to go for.

Type: [Armor, Weapon, Misc, etc]
Mechanical Boosts/Statistics: Stats for the gear, and what boosts it may or may not have.
Applicable Perks: [For blacksmiths, if creating or getting approval for custom gear.]
Desired Yen Amount: How much Yen do you want this to cost if any?
Is this for an Event? Let us know if this gear is just a prize for an event that you want approved beforehand!
Furthermore, if you have an sprite that's exclusive for these items, a screenie of it and all the states should be posted here. In addition, do note that this template is indeed a work in progress and should heeded as such. Changes will occur to this thread in the following days.
